All credit purchases on GetPollify are generally non-refundable. Credits are digital goods that are immediately available upon purchase and cannot be returned. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We may consider refunds in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions on your account
  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours within 7 days of purchase
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Credits purchased but never used within 30 days due to technical issues

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Credits that have been used to create surveys
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with survey results or AI-generated content
  • Account suspension due to violation of terms of service
  • Credits purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Partial usage of purchased credits

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of the issue
  2. Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
  4. Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing

5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

6. Credit Adjustments

In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer credit adjustments to your account. This is typically done for minor billing discrepancies or service issues.

10. International Refunds

For international customers, refunds will be processed in the original currency. Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final refund amount. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not covered by us.
